Breathwork meditation is a simple conscious breathing technique for stress relief,
healing and self discovery. The two part pranayama technique is taught by a trained Breathwork Instructor and supports the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual 
components of a person's life.
It begins by with a strong
inhale to the diaphragm, and a 2nd inhale into the chest, before exhaling.
