Ask Alexa to lead you in a five minute meditation for stress, sleep, relaxation or soothing music to calm your nervous system.  

Tip: Buy for a family member, with a list of commands that will be helpful, including meditation for stress or sleep.  

Tip: After your meditation, have Alexa tell you a joke or check the weather before stepping outside.

Meditation can be done anywhere, anytime with only YOU.
