3 Minute Shoulder Stretch for Circulation

Have you been sitting all day? Or driving a car all day? Are your shoulders and back achy and stiff? River Morgan, one of our favorite yoga instructors, leads a 3 minute shoulder exercise.


  • Wake up the upper and lower body

  • Increase circulation

  • Reduce tension in the shoulders

  • Create movement and flow in your body
