A Powerful and Simple Mindfulness technique

"One thing you can do that will help you to do that would help you in some way is to do nothing."

We are always busy doing something. Our mind is always going all day long. From the second we get up and the alarm goes off, until the time we fall asleep with the TV on, and the time we spend in between.

If you want to have some change, spend five minutes a day doing nothing.

  • Turn all of your technology off.

  • Turn everything off.

  • Close your door

  • Spend five minutes of quiet time.

You will see some real Benefits:

If you take time, 5 minutes of quiet time, and do it for a while:

  • you will notice things begin to shift

  • your brain will change

  • your stress levels will change
